- All bookings with Siddhi Tourism require advance booking. We do not consider or confirm bookings without prior payment.
1.2. Partial Payment Confirmation:
- A booking will only be considered confirmed upon receipt of a partial payment. Until the partial payment is received, the booking is not guaranteed.
2. Payment Details:
2.1. Partial Payment:
- To confirm a booking, a partial payment, as specified by Siddhi Tourism, must be made by the customer.
2.2. Payment Methods:
- Payments can be made using the accepted payment methods specified on our website or communicated directly by Siddhi Tourism.
3. Booking Confirmation:
3.1. Confirmation Email:
- Once the partial payment is received, Siddhi Tourism will send a confirmation email containing the details of the booking.
3.2. Balance Payment:
- The remaining balance, if any, must be paid as per the terms specified in the booking confirmation email.
4. Cancellation and Refund:
4.1. Cancellation by Customer:
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to Siddhi Tourism’s designated email address. The cancellation policy and applicable charges will be outlined in the booking confirmation.
4.2. Cancellation by Siddhi Tourism:
- Siddhi Tourism reserves the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control. In such cases, a refund or alternative arrangements may be offered.
5. Changes to Bookings:
5.1. Modification Requests:
- Any requests for modifications to bookings must be made in writing and are subject to availability. Siddhi Tourism will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests.
6. Responsibilities of the Customer:
6.1. Accuracy of Information:
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the booking process. Siddhi Tourism is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate information.
6.2. Compliance with Rules:
- Customers must comply with the rules and regulations of the destinations visited. Siddhi Tourism is not responsible for any consequences resulting from non-compliance.
7. Governing Law:
7.1. Jurisdiction:
- These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Gorakhpur. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gorakhpur.
