  • Customers are entitled to a 100% refund of the tour cost.
  • Refunds will be processed promptly to the original method of payment used for the booking.
  • No cancellation fees will be applied.

Cancellation made less than 48 hours before the scheduled tour date:

  • Unfortunately, cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour date are not eligible for a refund.
  • However, we understand unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we encourage customers to contact us to discuss possible alternatives or rescheduling options.
